KeyPort is a tool designed to assist in license key management and validation. While we implement industry-standard security practices, we do not guarantee that our Service is immune to cyberattacks, data breaches, or unauthorized circumvention of license checks.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• No system connected to the internet is 100% secure.
• The security of your software product remains primarily your responsibility.
• A successful validation call to the KeyPort API is a technical confirmation of a valid record, not an absolute guarantee that the end-user is authorized by any other legal standard.
• Malicious actors may attempt to bypass client-side license checks regardless of the reliability of the KeyPort backend.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KeyPort or its operators be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

KeyPort integrates with third-party providers for hosting (AWS, Vercel), billing (Dodo Payments), and security (Cloudflare). We are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or security failures that occur within these third-party environments beyond our direct control.
